    Hotel well located right on the side of the highway and close to a tram station.

    The manager is not only unpleasant, he does not make any effort to try solving a basic problem. (my room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it stank cigarett, and when I mentioned it to him, he said that sometimes people do not respect the rules.... Thank you very much, I didn't know that, really??)

    Excellent value for money. Room was functional and clean. Bed was comfortable, shower was warm, blinds blocked out all light, it was quiet so sleep wasn't disturbed. A 10 min walk from the tram station which was a 20 minute ride direct to centre of town. I felt safe as young woman walking back to hotel in early hours of morning. If I were staying in Nantes again on a budget I would stay here again.

    We stayed in a twin room but were only ever given one towel. We never saw any staff at reception to complain about this. We had problems booking in as we needed to get our friend to collect the keys as we were arriving after check in but this hadn't been made clear until the day of check in despite contacting them in advance.
